2. Dispatcher–Carrier Relationship
By entering into a working relationship with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
We act as your administrative dispatch partner, not a freight broker or motor carrier.
You retain full authority over your operations and are solely responsible for the transport of any freight.
You are responsible for maintaining proper authority, licensing, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
3. Carrier Requirements
We only work with insured, DOT-compliant carriers. As a carrier, you agree to:
Provide valid operating authority (MC/DOT)

4. Fees and Payment
